I got this item a few weeks ago and it is now my new best friend. Its diary system helps keep track of your daily intake of Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein and Fiber. It does exactly what I wanted and that is to keep track of calories. It is simple and easy to use and the price is excellent. This is no high-tech expensive electronic gadget, it is for persons who want a simple, efficient, portable calorie counter. The size is grate - I take it with me everywhere, this makes me more aware of the food choices I make.

ihis. It comes up with things I don't even know about. in order for me tove any use of this item I mus type in the info on almost every item I want and this is only done by looking all the info in a carb and calorie bood.. Guess if I had the money I could have gotten e that had more inmation.

I like this a lot for the price but something people should know is that once you save your food info it does not save the list of food, just the total numbers (cal, fat, etc.) So you don't have a log of what you've eaten when you're done. For the price it's good but I'm now looking for something that will actually record my list of what I consumed so I can see my trouble spots better

A little hard to figure out at first, but now, very helpful. Not as many fast food selections as I needed, or variety of dining establishments

It does exactly what I wanted - keep track of calories. I didn't want too many bells and whistles -just the basics. I wanted something easy to take with me - not another expensive electronic gadget. This is perfect unless you want many more capabilities. It does as promised and is much better than I expected for the price.
